本文采用阳极氧化法制备多孔Al2O3陶瓷膜,研究了电流密度、氧化时间和电解液对铝表面原位生长多孔氧化铝膜的影响。应用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段分析研究了氧化铝膜的相结构和表面形貌。
In this paper, porous Al2O3 ceramic membranes were prepared by anodization, and the effects of current density, oxidation time and electrolyte on the porous alumina membrane grown on the aluminum surface were studied. The phase structure and surface morphology of alumina films were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD.
