图1所示的长圆孔冲头形状呈长圆形,淬火后需磨削加工,因形状特殊通用磨床很难加工,而设计专用夹具成本高,时间长。所以,我们利用组合夹具的优势,组装了R圆弧专用组合磨削夹具(图2) φ180mm多齿分度台5垂直固定在基础板6上,多齿分度台通过手柄来控制其转盘的定位或回转。方形支承4和伸长板3被分别固定(定位)在多齿分度台5的转盘中心槽上,使冲头相对于转盘定位在对称中心线上。加肋角铁1通过螺栓和圆螺母13固定在伸长板3的中心线槽上,使其在槽中能上、下调节。支承工件用的V形支承2安装在加肋角铁1上,工件的压紧分别用伸长压板12、弹簧10、带肩螺母11等实现。
