火车上闲得无聊,见离开北京时买的几包方便面包装很漂亮,拿来细看。一包是北京大磨坊面粉有限公司出产的。上面写道: 食法:将面放进碗中,冲入500ML沸水加盖闷三分钟,拌入调料即可食用。亦可干食,香脆可口。 老师问我:“ML是什么?”我愣了一下说,不知道。忙拿起另一包寻找答案。另一袋是北京东福食品有限公司的产品: 食用方法: ①在碗中加好面條冲入400毫升沸水(或没过面)。 ②蓋蓋焖5分锺(或煮沸2~3分钟口感更好)。 ③加入湯料拌匀即可使用。 这才愣过神来,ML就是毫升呀。老师让我想一想其中的问题。 顾名思义,“方便面”是为了“方便”大家,不仅食用方便,广告语言也需通俗一些,好懂一些。“ML”用起来简洁,如果它出现在科技文章或科普读物中,无可非议,但出现在普通的产品说明中,就显得过分刻板了点。
