如果从贝塔朗菲提出“一般系统理论”概念的1937年算起,系统科学已有近60年的历史。在这半个多世纪里,人间巨变,岁月沧桑,这门以有组织的复杂系统为研究对象的科学在探索中获得巨大发展。在人类满怀希望迎接21世纪到来的时候,中国的系统科学学者们在想些什么?由中国系统科学研究会主办,四川联合大学、四川省科技青年联合会等承办的第四届全国系统科学学术研讨会于1996年5月28日至6月2日在成都召开,168位专家学者出席了会议。国务委员兼国家科委主任宋健给大会的题词是“发展系统科学,服务科学决策”。学者们就系统科学的理论与应用、现状与未来发表了真知灼见。现摘录部分专家的论文及发言,以飨读者。
From the year 1937 when Bertalanffy put forward the concept of “general system theory”, system science has a history of nearly 60 years. In this half century or more, the world has undergone tremendous changes and years of vicissitudes. This science, which takes the organized and complex system as the research object, has made tremendous progress in its exploration. What do Chinese system scientists think when humanity is full of hope for the 21st century? The 4th National Symposium on Systematic Science, hosted by China Society for Systematic Science and Research, Sichuan United University and Sichuan Science and Technology Youth Federation, was held in Chengdu from May 28 to June 2, 1996. 168 experts and scholars Attended the meeting Song Jian, State Councilor and Director of the State Science and Technology Commission, gave the congress's inscription “Developing Systematic Science and Serving Scientific Decision-Making.” Scholars on the theory and application of system science, the status quo and future published a profound insight.
