目的 探讨循经感传的外周神经机制和跨节段感觉传入中的物质基础(cAMP和cGMP)。方法 利用刺激离断背根神经外周端大鼠模型,采用放射免疫分析法检测相应皮区皮瓣浸泡液中cAMP、cGMP含量。结果 刺激背根神经外周端后,刺激侧皮瓣浸泡液中的cAMP含量(39.50±4.525fg/ml)明显高于对照侧(24.104±3.952fg/ml);刺激侧皮瓣浸泡液中的cGMP含量(6.684±1.215fg/ml)亦明显高于对照侧(2.784±0.548fg/ml)。结论 刺激背根神经可通过逆向传导促使相应末梢皮区释放cAMP和cGMP增多。cAMP和cGMP可能是循经感传与跨节段感觉传入中的共同分子基础。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the peripheral nerve mechanisms and the material bases (cAMP and cGMP) in transendothelial sensory afferent system. Methods The rat model of peripheral nerve dorsal horn was excised by stimulating and the content of cAMP and cGMP in the soaking fluid of the corresponding dermatome flap was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results After stimulating the peripheral nerve endings of the dorsal root, the content of cAMP (39.50 ± 4.525fg / ml) was significantly higher than that of the control (24.104 ± 3.952fg / ml) Content (6.684 ± 1.215fg / ml) was also significantly higher than the control (2.784 ± 0.548fg / ml). Conclusion Stimulation of dorsal root nerve can promote the release of cAMP and cGMP in the corresponding peripheral dermis through reverse conduction. cAMP and cGMP may be the common molecular basis for the transmission of sensory and cross-sectional sensations through the passage.
