目的探讨2004-2012年北京市昌平区食物中毒的发生规律和流行特征,为有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。方法对昌平区2004-2012年食物中毒统计报表及调查报告进行流行病学分析。结果昌平区2004-2012年共报告发生食物中毒54起,中毒830人,无死亡病例。中毒事件多集中在每年的第3季度,集体食堂中毒起数和中毒人数最多,占总数的50.00%和59.16%,致病因素以有毒植物引起食物中毒最高,占总数的61.93%。结论第3季度是昌平区食物中毒的高发季节,中毒责任单位以集体食堂为主,致病因素以有毒植物和微生物为主,建议有关部门在重点环节加强监管,并有针对性的开展食品安全知识培训,有效控制食物中毒的发生。
Objective To investigate the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of food poisoning in Changping District of Beijing from 2004 to 2012 and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of food poisoning. Methods Epidemiological analysis of food poisoning statistical reports and investigation reports of Changping District from 2004 to 2012 was conducted. Results A total of 54 food poisoning cases were reported in Changping District from 2004 to 2012, with 830 poisonings and no deaths. Poisoning incidents are mostly concentrated in the third quarter of each year, the number of collective canteen poisoning and poisoning the largest number, accounting for 50.00% and 59.16% of the total, pathogenic factors to poisonous plants cause the highest food poisoning, accounting for 61.93% of the total. Conclusions The third quarter is the high season of food poisoning in Changping District. The unit responsible for the poisoning is mainly the canteen. The main causes of the disease are poisonous plants and microorganisms. It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen supervision over the key points and carry out food safety Knowledge training, effective control of food poisoning.
