目的:探讨静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)压差管理的意义与作用,提出对压差管理的意见和建议。方法:通过医院PIVAS建设及运行过程中对压差的管理与实践,对照规范及相关文献,提出PIVAS压差管理的关键点、适宜压差范围及监测方式。结果:粗、中、高效过滤器应进行必要的阻力压差监测;对洁净区相邻房间静压差进行监测的同时,还应监测各房间相对大气压的静压差;在设定压差监测时,洁净区相邻房间的静压差≥5 Pa,各房间相对非洁净区静压差≥10 Pa,上限以不产生哨音或影响开门即可。结论:PIVAS为达到符合规定的洁净度及职业防护,应加强对不同区域与设备的压差监测和管理;同时,建议在新制定的国家标准中设定相应的压差标准,保证净化系统的有效运行。
Objective: To explore the significance and function of PIVAS differential pressure management and put forward the opinions and suggestions on differential pressure management. Methods: Based on the management and practice of pressure difference during the construction and operation of PIVAS in hospital, the key points of PIVAS pressure difference management, suitable pressure range and monitoring methods were put forward according to the norms and related literatures. Results: The monitoring of differential pressure at the coarse, medium and high efficiency filters should be carried out. While monitoring the static pressure difference of adjacent rooms in the clean area, the static pressure difference of the relative atmospheric pressure in each room should be monitored. , The static pressure difference between adjacent rooms in the clean area should be ≥5 Pa and the static pressure difference in each room should be ≥10 Pa relative to the non-clean area. The upper limit can be opened without any whistle or noise. Conclusion: In order to meet the requirements of cleanliness and occupational protection, PIVAS should strengthen the monitoring and management of pressure differentials in different regions and facilities. At the same time, it is suggested to set corresponding pressure differential standards in the newly formulated national standards to ensure that Effective operation.
