在二英寸脉冲筛板柱中进行了4.4—4.8%Na_2CO_3/30%TBP-煤油体系的流体力学性能研究。实验着重研究了板段高度、筛板结构、脉冲振幅、频率、温度、流比、连续相以及水相中DBP含量与液泛通量的关系,并得出了适用于本体系的流体力学关联式。
Hydrodynamic properties of 4.4-4.8% Na_2CO_3 / 30% TBP-kerosene were investigated in two-inch pulsed sieve columns. The experiment focused on the relationship between the height of plate, the structure of sieve plate, pulse amplitude, frequency, temperature, flow ratio, continuous phase and the DBP content in the aqueous phase and liquid flooding flux, and obtained the fluid mechanics correlation formula.
