正常人体内存在的抗凝系统和纤溶系统与凝血系统处于动态平衡。抗凝物质主要包含抗凝血活酶、抗凝血酶、肝素、蛋白C(PC)系统及α_2-MG)。其中抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)占总抗凝活性的50%~67%。PC系统及α_2-MG在抗凝系统中亦占有重要地位。本文检测了缺血性心血管病(IHD)及缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者ATⅢ:A、ATⅢ:Ag、α_2-MG、PC:Ag、总蛋白S抗原(TPS:Ag)、游离蛋白S抗原(FPS:Ag).并与对照组作了比较,现报告如下。
Normal human body exists in the anticoagulant system and fibrinolytic system and the coagulation system in dynamic equilibrium. Anticoagulant substances mainly include anticoagulant, antithrombin, heparin, protein C (PC) system and α_2-MG. Antithrombin Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ) accounted for 50% to 67% of the total anticoagulant activity.
