目的建立多功能红外水分测定仪快速测定水分方法,并考察其影响因素,为其替代药典烘干法提供科学依据。方法以药典烘干法为标准,利用多功能水分测定仪测定中药颗粒剂的水分含量,优选最佳快速测定条件,并通过统计学分析比较两种方法。结果多功能红外水分测定仪最佳测定条件为投样量6.00 g,测量温度100℃,与药典烘干法比较(P>0.05),两种方法无显著性差异。结论对于中药颗粒剂半成品的测定,多功能红外水分测定法可替代药典烘干法。
Objective To establish a multi-functional infrared moisture analyzer rapid determination of moisture method, and examine the influencing factors, to provide a scientific basis for alternative Pharmacopoeia drying method. Methods The pharmacopoeia drying method as the standard, the use of multi-function moisture analyzer for the determination of the moisture content of traditional Chinese medicine granules, preferably the best rapid determination of conditions, and by statistical analysis of the two methods. Results The optimum conditions for the determination of multi-functional IR Moisture Analyzer were 6.00 g of sample volume and 100 ℃ of measurement. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion For the determination of Chinese medicine granule semi-finished products, multi-functional infrared moisture determination method can replace Pharmacopoeia drying method.
