以硅酯和金属卤化物为沉积剂,用液相沉积方法可对NaY、NaZSM-5和HZSM-5沸石实现孔径精细调变,调变精度最高达到0.05nm左右。对于NaZSM-5和HZSM-5沸石而言,SiCl4的孔径调变效果优于Si(OCH3)4和Si(OC2H5)4。经孔径调变后的沸石对于多种工业上感兴趣的异构体混和体系具有良好的择形选择吸附分离性能。
With the siliceous ester and metal halide as depositing agents, the pore size of NaY, NaZSM-5 and HZSM-5 zeolites can be fine-tuned by liquid-phase deposition method with the highest modulation accuracy of about 0.05nm. For the zeolites NaZSM-5 and HZSM-5, SiCl4 has better pore-diameter modulation than Si (OCH3) 4 and Si (OC2H5) 4. The zeolites after pore-size modulation have good shape-selective adsorption and separation performance for many isomer blending systems of industrial interest.
