建立了某炼油厂酸性废水双塔汽提工艺的模拟模型,模拟结果与实际结果吻合较好。提出了一种在脱硫塔顶增加冷凝回流装置,优化脱硫塔和脱氨塔操作压力的工艺改进方案,分析了两塔操作压力对产品质量、单位污水处理量所需能耗和污水处理负荷η的影响,获得了脱硫塔和脱氨塔的最优操作压力分别为0.35 MPa和0.23 MPa,预计优化后较优化前两塔再沸器节能20%。该研究对酸性废水双塔汽提工艺的设计、改造与优化有一定的指导意义。
A simulation model of two-tower stripping process for sour wastewater from a refinery was established. The simulation results are in good agreement with the actual results. An improved scheme was proposed to increase the condensing reflux device at the top of the desulfurization tower to optimize the operation pressure of the desulfurization tower and the deamination tower. The analysis results of the operating pressure of the two towers on the product quality, the energy consumption per unit wastewater treatment volume and the sewage treatment load η, the optimal operating pressure of the desulfurization tower and the deamination tower were 0.35 MPa and 0.23 MPa, respectively. It is estimated that the optimized two-tower reboiler will save 20% of the energy after optimization. The research has certain guiding significance for the design, modification and optimization of the stripping technology of acid wastewater double-tower.
