运用正交设计,明确了采叶强度和采叶时间对黄茂根17种氨基酸总含量和黄芪甲甙含量均有显著影响。采叶强度是影响的最重要因素。随着采叶强度加大,采叶时间推迟,氨基酸总含量和黄芪甲甙含量都显著下降。采叶强度1/3和采叶时间6月15日左右的组合,则影响相对较小。
Using orthogonal design, it was clarified that the leaf harvesting intensity and leaf harvesting time had a significant effect on the total content of 17 kinds of amino acids and the content of Astragaloside of Huangmaogenan. Leaf harvesting intensity is the most important factor. With the increase of leaf harvesting intensity and the prolonged leaf harvesting time, the total amino acid content and the content of astragaloside were significantly decreased. The combination of the 1/3 leaf harvesting intensity and the harvesting time of June 15 is relatively small.
