Aclacinomycin A (ACM-A) is a new antitumor antibiotic which was discovered and developed by Tokyo Micronization in 1975. It has good curative effect and less cardiotoxicity. This article reports the effects of domestic ACM-A on the growth of mouse S180 and human carcinoma Hela cells and the mode of action.
