研究了合成环氧树脂/蒙脱石纳米复合材料所需的有机蒙脱石的制备及有机蒙脱石与液态环氧树脂的浸润行为.通过一系列脂肪胺与蒙脱石进行阳离子交换反应,优化了制备有机蒙脱石的反应条件,并借助于XRD、FT-IR等测试手段对交换后的有机蒙脱石的内层结构进行了研究,结果表明其层间距离有不同程度的扩展.此外还研究了液体环氧树脂与有机蒙脱,石的浸润,通过XRD测定晶层基面间距d001表征了浸润后蒙脱石的内层结构.
The preparation of organic montmorillonite and the wetting behavior of organic montmorillonite and liquid epoxy resin for the synthesis of epoxy resin / montmorillonite nanocomposites were studied. A series of aliphatic amines and montmorillonite were used for cation exchange reaction to optimize the reaction conditions for the preparation of organic montmorillonite. The inner layer structure of the exchanged montmorillonite was investigated by means of XRD, FT-IR and other test methods The results show that the distance between layers has different extents. In addition, the infiltration of liquid epoxy resin with organic montmorillonite and stone was also studied. The inner layer structure of the smectite was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD).
