橡胶坝作为一种新的水闸结构形式,在水利工程中应用较为广泛,通过采用高强度的合成纤维作为主要的受力骨架,以橡胶为保护层在坝袋内外敷设,然后又加工成胶布形式,最终锚固在混凝土板之上形成封闭式的的坝袋;在需要的时候通过重排管路用水将其充胀形成袋式的挡水坝。橡胶坝具有挡水不漏水、泄水不阻水、跨度可大可小、坝顶可以溢流的优势,并且可以根据需要来调节坝高,以此来控制上游的水位。本文通过施工经验,介绍了橡胶坝坝袋锚固设计方案、施工工艺和检修方法,并指出对常见各种隐患的处理方式和预防措施。
As a new type of sluice structure, rubber dam is widely used in water conservancy projects. By using high-strength synthetic fiber as the main force frame and rubber as the protective layer, it is laid inside and outside the dam bag and then processed into the form of plastic tape , Eventually anchoring on the concrete slab to form a closed dam bag; inflating it by rerouting the pipe to form a bag-type dam when needed. The rubber dam has the advantages of retaining water from leaking, not blocking water from draining, large and small spans, overflowing of the crest, and adjusting the dam height as needed to control the water level upstream. In this paper, through the construction experience, introduced the design plan of rubber dam bag anchorage, construction technology and maintenance methods, and pointed out the common ways to deal with various hidden dangers and preventive measures.
