为了研究甘西鼠尾草的化学成分与生物活性之间的相关性,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、RP-C18(reverse phase C-18)等色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱分析技术鉴定化合物结构。从甘西鼠尾草的95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为przewalskin Y-1(1)、anhydride of tanshinone-ⅡA(2)、sugiol(3)、epicryptoacetalide(4)、cryptoacetalide(5)、arucadiol(6)、1-dehydromiltirone(7)、miltirone(8)、cryptotanshinone(9)、tanshinone-ⅡA(10)和isotanshinone-Ⅰ(11)。其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物4和5为一对对映异构体(1∶3),化合物4、5、6、8、11为首次从甘西鼠尾草中分离得到。
In order to study the correlation between the chemical constituents and bioactivity of Salvia miltiorrhiza, separation and purification were carried out by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-C18 (reverse phase C-18) Spectral Analysis Techniques to Identify Compound Structures. Eleven compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza and were identified as przewalskin Y-1 (1), anhydride of tanshinone-ⅡA (2), sugiol (3), epicryptoacetalide (5), arucadiol (6), 1-dehydromiltirone (7), miltirone (8), cryptotanshinone (9), tanshinone-ⅡA (10) and isotanshinone-Ⅰ (11). Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, compounds 4 and 5 are one pair of enantiomers (1: 3), and compounds 4, 5, 6, 8, and 11 are isolated from Glycyrrhiza for the first time.
