本文主要分析了马蹄形断面支架结构在实际围岩压力和静水压力两种形式下的基本受力性能,分析得出支架结构的基本受力性能主要为轴压和纯弯。通过有限元分析大量的试算结果看出,整个断面平均均布力作为静水压力时,求得的轴力和实际围岩条件下的数值非常接近,可取此值等效为实际围岩应力。
This paper mainly analyzes the basic mechanical behaviors of the horseshoe-shaped cross-section scaffolds under two kinds of actual surrounding rock pressure and hydrostatic pressure. It is concluded that the basic mechanical properties of the scaffolding structures are mainly axial compression and pure bending. Through the finite element analysis of a large number of trial calculation results show that the average cross-sectional area of the entire average hydraulic force as hydrostatic pressure, the calculated axial force and the actual rock conditions are very close to the value of this value can be equivalent to the actual surrounding rock stress.
