在日常生产建设以及钻井、试油、修井过程中,安塞油田产生了大量含油固体废弃物。含油固废本身成分、种类来源繁多,加上油类的承载方式较多,导致其性状多种多样。由于其本身存在一些难降解成分,一旦处理不好,会对环境产生较大影响。在国家大力提倡绿色生产、环保优先的大背景下,如何有效处理含油固体废弃物,是油田企业需要积极探索的重要课题。通常,受到含油固体废弃物处理难度大、处理量小等因素限制,往往存在处理方法单一、处理结果不理想、处理量不足等现象。结合国内外焚烧处理含油固废的先进技术,充分分析安塞油田含油固废产生情况、焚烧可行性,以及焚烧原理,设计出回转式焚烧炉,并现场应用。同时,针对出现的问题进行改进,确定了安塞油田采用焚烧法处理含油固废的可行性,为长庆油田在含油固废无害化处理技术的应用积累了经验。2013年以来,该焚烧系统已经无害化处理了各类含油固废236t,处理效果满足各项环保要求。
In the daily production and construction as well as drilling, testing oil, workover process, Ansai Oilfield produced a large amount of oil-bearing solid waste. In general, due to the difficulty of handling oil-containing solid waste and the limited handling capacity, there often exist single treatment methods, unsatisfactory treatment results and insufficient treatment capacity. Combined with the advanced technologies of incineration and solid waste treatment at home and abroad, the incineration incinerator is designed and applied on the spot by fully analyzing the occurrence of oil-bearing solid waste in Ansai Oilfield, feasibility of incineration and incineration principle. At the same time, aiming at the problems appeared, the paper improved the feasibility of treating incineration waste oil by incineration in Ansai Oilfield, and accumulated experience for the application of the harmless treatment technology of oil solid waste in Changqing Oilfield. Since 2013, the incineration system has innocuously treated all kinds of oil-bearing solid waste 236t, and the treatment effect meets various environmental protection requirements.
