“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。”现代社会,科学技术和劳动者素质的高低已成为一个国家在国际竞争中立于不败之地的关键,把现代化建设纳入依靠科学进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来是当代各国在国际竞争中的一致选择,教育的作用显得更加重要。社会发展加速,科学技术日新月异,要求教育发展学生的创新能力,培养更多具有创新能力的人才。创新能力即是学生运用已有的知识和技能去探索、发现和掌握尚未知晓知识的能力。培养学生创新能力已成为现代教育的主要目标,也是时代赋予我们教师的历史重任。小学数学教学中怎样培养学生的创新能力?我认为可从以下几方面进行训练和培养。 一、激发和保护学生的好奇心,调动学习的主动积极性
