5.摩擦器的制作与材料的选择 摩擦电喷镀的特点,是在喷镀过程中摩擦件对镀层实现边镀边摩擦,以改善金属离子的电沉积条件和镀层质量。 摩擦器体一般与阳极体连在一起,用不锈钢或防锈铝等材料制作,其形状和尺寸以能方便地调整和固定摩擦件为宜。 摩擦件是与阴极(工件)表面直接接触的绝缘体,其作用有三项:一是固定和调节阴阳极间距;二是对阴极表面产生机械磨擦;三是隔离阴阳极,起到防止短路的作用。它与阴极的接触面要与阴极表面相吻合,镀前加工成圆弧形式平面形等。 磨擦件的材料对摩擦效果至关重要。我们用油石条、硬胶木、塑料板、玻璃、天然玉石、玛瑙石等材料做过试验和测定,结果表明玛瑙石的效果更好。当然,还有其它材料可选用,有待于进一步发现应用。

We use Whetstone, hard bakelite, plastic board, glass, natural jade, agate stone and other materials tested and determined, the results show that agate stone better. Of course, there are other materials available, pending further discovery.
