一、加强正面教育,启发诱导,逐步形成自觉无论是学生良好习惯的培养,还是不良习惯的根除,都只能依靠学生的自觉性,而自觉性是来自学生的深刻的思想认识,只有提高了学生的思想认识,学生才能自觉地进行锻炼。因此我们教育工作者应坚持正面教育,循循善诱,用浅显的道理、具体的事例,讲清每一次良好的学习习惯的重要意义,并让学生在实践中去深刻体会。只有这样,良好的学习习惯才会牢固形成,而不易形成反复。我也有深刻的体会,如,总有部分学生喜欢伏在桌子上看书写字,刚开始时,我也经常提醒,并要求学生纠正这种不良习惯,但收效甚微。后来采用了启发诱导的方
