目的了解北京市朝阳区餐饮和公共场所从业人员结核病防治核心知识知晓情况,为进一步加强该行业人员结核病健康教育和促进工作提供依据。方法采用多级分层随机抽样方法抽取调查对象开展问卷调查,调查北京市朝阳区对结核病防治核心问题的知晓情况,并汇总分析。采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据处理,计数资料使用χ2检验。结果共调查2 000人,回收有效问卷1 892份,朝阳区餐饮和公共场所从业人员结核病防治核心知识总体知晓率为80.67%。大专以上学历文化程度者知晓率最高,为83.99%,其次为83.99%学历、初中学历(76.91%)及小学学历(75.69%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=108.48,P<0.01);50~岁、40~岁、30~岁、18~岁年龄组知晓率分别为76.72%、82.37%、82.74%、81.62%,高于60~岁年龄组(70.42%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=75.58,P<0.01)。结论朝阳区针对餐饮和公共场所从业人员的结核病健康促进工作效果显著,但应加强针对低文化程度和高年龄从业者的宣传教育。
Objective To understand the core knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control in catering and public places practitioners in Chaoyang District of Beijing and provide evidence for further strengthening the health education and promotion of tuberculosis in this industry. Methods The questionnaires were drawn by multi-level stratified random sampling method to investigate the core of TB prevention and control in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Using SPSS 16.0 statistical software for data processing, count data using χ2 test. Results A total of 2 000 people were surveyed and 1,892 valid questionnaires were collected. The overall awareness rate of core knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control in restaurants and public places in Chaoyang District was 80.67%. The highest educational level of college education was 83.99%, followed by 83.99% education, junior high school education (76.91%) and primary education (75.69%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 108.48, P <0.01 ); The awareness rates of 50 ~ 40, 30 ~ 18, and 18 ~ age groups were 76.72%, 82.37%, 82.74% and 81.62%, respectively, higher than those of 60 ~ 70 years old group (70.42%) The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 75.58, P <0.01). Conclusion The effect of tuberculosis health promotion in catering and public places practitioners is significant in Chaoyang District. However, publicity and education should be strengthened for practitioners with low educational level and high age.
