据世界大多数国家的能源资料记载,建筑能耗(包括建筑物的生产能耗、施工能耗、民生能耗即住宅、公寓的日常能耗)已占全部能耗的20~40%,而其中住宅民用耗能又占其中2/3,所以世界各国都在探讨节能型住宅及小区的发展方向。本文在概述国外先进国家建筑节能方法后,重点提出符合我国不同地区的节能对策;通过节能型住宅的系统分析论证,提出了全面建筑节能的评价方法;做为一种尝视本文还突出设计失误,故障分析条件下的节能原则。
According to the energy data of most countries in the world, building energy consumption (including energy consumption of buildings, construction energy consumption, and energy consumption of people’s livelihoods, which are the daily energy consumption of houses and apartments) account for 20 to 40% of all energy consumption. Among them, residential energy consumption accounts for 2/3 of them, so all countries in the world are exploring the development direction of energy-efficient residential buildings and communities. After summarizing the methods of building energy conservation in advanced countries in the world, this paper focuses on the energy conservation measures in accordance with different regions in China. Through the systematic analysis and demonstration of energy-saving housing, a comprehensive evaluation method for building energy efficiency is proposed; as a taste of this article, design errors are highlighted. , The principle of energy conservation under failure analysis conditions.
