我常常惊异于打开的手表:齿轮、螺丝、发条等大小零件竟能如此吻合、绞结在一起,有条不紊地运转着……一个单位恰如一块表,各个部门便是那些零件,大家只有互相配合,互相呼应,才能稳步向前。由此可见,领导工作实际上是协调工作。领导如没有协调能力,即是没有判断能力和应变能力,那将影响整个单位的正常运转。我们单位是做文化生意的,组织演出、培训艺术人才、拍电视广告等名目
I am often amazed at the open watch: gears, screws, springs and other small and large parts can fit together so that they can be kinked together and run in an orderly manner.... A unit is just like a watch. The various departments are those parts. We only have to cooperate with each other. Only by echoing each other can we steadily move forward. From this we can see that the leadership work is actually a coordinated work.
