众所周知,瓦斯事故是影响煤矿安全生产的一大问题。迅速、准确、可靠地检测矿井内空气中的瓦斯含量,一直是人们孜孜以求的目标,是保证煤矿安全,避免瓦斯事故的重要手段。目前,煤矿井下使用着各种类型的瓦斯检测装置,按其体积大小,可分为二类:大型的(固定式和半固定式)和小型的(携带式)。大型的产品已趋向较为成熟和完整,按其工作方式有瓦斯遥测仪、断电仪、集中检测装置等。国外目前有将井下环境的各种参数,如瓦斯、温度、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、湿度、风速等,综合反应到井上中央控制室,由计算机处理,自动打印并显示。小型仪表(即所谓的便携式瓦斯检测器)近来也发展迅速,但井下大量使用着的携带式仪表仍是光学式的瓦斯检测器,这种仪器虽然较为可靠,但不足之处是读数,操作均不方便,受周围环境因素影响较大,相对来说成本较高。近来已有一批指针式仪表投入批量生产,并向数字化方向发展,下面介绍一下我们在这方面做的工作。
As we all know, gas accident is a major issue affecting the safety of coal mines. Rapid, accurate and reliable detection of methane in the air in the mine has always been the goal sought by people. It is an important means to ensure coal mine safety and avoid gas accidents. Currently, various types of gas detection devices are used in coal mines. They can be classified into two categories according to their size: large (fixed and semi-fixed) and small (portable). Large-scale products have become more mature and complete, according to their working methods have gas telemetry, power meter, centralized testing devices. At present, there are various parameters in the underground environment, such as gas, temperature, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, humidity, wind speed and so on, which are integrated into the well control room and are processed by the computer and automatically printed and displayed. Small meters (so-called portable gas detectors) have also been rapidly developed recently. However, the portable gas meters widely used in the underground are still optical gas detectors. Although these instruments are more reliable, the disadvantages are the readings and the operation Inconvenient, more affected by the surrounding environmental factors, the relatively high cost. Recently, a number of hand-held meters have been put into mass production and are developing towards digitization. Here’s what we did in this area.
