25例预激综合征及24例正常人进行核素相位分析。结果表明,正常人室壁收缩顺序为室间隔基底部,传导至左室基底部或下行至心尖部,再传导至整个心室,最后消失于左或右室后基底部,两侧心室相位变化基本同步。据此可诊断24例正常人中的20例(特异性83%)及25例预激综合征中的21例(敏感性84%),其正确预测值为83%。提示核素相位分析能直接了解预激旁道的部位,具有较高的临床价值。
