通过对高炉炉顶齿轮箱传动模型信号的拾取,采用小波技术和包络解调等方法,对信号进行分析,建立齿轮箱再线振动监测系统。同时,提出133 Hz特征频率对预控设备工作状态方面的重要作用。
Through the pick-up of the transmission model signal of the top gear box of the blast furnace, the signal is analyzed by using the methods of wavelet and envelope demodulation to establish the re-vibration monitoring system of the gear box. At the same time, it is proposed that 133 Hz characteristic frequency plays an important role in the working status of pre-control equipment.
