针对目前长距离钻具运输系统制造成本高、后期维修难度大等问题,将多楔带传动引入长距离钻具运输系统,并建立系统数学模型,通过优化设计对关键部件张紧装置进行优化,并通过实验方法对优化结果进行验证。研究结果表明,通过对长距离多楔带钻具运输系统张紧装置关键参数进行优化,得到关键参数对其振动的影响,最后对优化后的结果进行理论计算和实验验证,得到优化后的系统运行过程振动明显降低,为后续产品改型提供一定的依据。
Aiming at the problems such as high manufacturing cost of long distance drilling system, difficulty of later maintenance and so on, the multi-ribbed belt drive is introduced into the long-distance drilling system and a mathematical model of the system is established. Through optimizing the design of the key components, The experimental results verify the optimization results.
