美国著名教育评论家埃里斯和福茨在其新署《教育改革研究》一书中曾这样断言:“合作学习如果不是当代最伟大的教育改革的话,那么它也至少是最大的之一”。合作学习是当前在世界范围内被广泛使用的课堂教学组织形式。在全面推进素质教育的今天,英语教学的改革取得令人瞩目的成绩,但不可否认,英语教学仍然存在很多弊端,传统教学仍然占主导作用,合作学习作为对传统班级授课制的一种突破和补充,目前被广泛应用于高中英语教学中。在英语教学中组织合作学习不仅可以给学生提供语言实践的环境,也可以提高学生的合作精神、竞争意识和集体荣誉感。本文在这种思想指导下,通过对国内外文献资料的研究和对英语新课程标准的学习,及对高中英语教学现状的分析,以合作学习的基本理念和现代教学设计理论为指导,通过文献法和案例分析法,对高中英语合作教学作了初步探讨。笔者就如何在高中英语教学中组织合作学习展开研究。笔者认为合作学习不仅可以在英语课堂教学中展开,也可以在课堂的前后展开,合作学习可以贯穿在整个单元,甚至整个学期的教学当中。让学生一起参与备课,上课,评课等环节,不仅可以让学生更好地掌握知识点,更可以让学生互帮互助,体验到合作的乐趣,并从中获得成就感。笔者基于这种想法,立足于普通高中英语教学,设计了合作学习在高中英语教学中的操作模式,并通过案例分析法具体地阐述该合作学习操作模式的使用情况。笔者通过此研究,希望对英语教师有所启发,并在一定程度上提高英语教学效率及合作学习的效率。
Well-known American educational critic Ellis and Fortitz in his new department, “Education Reform Research,” a book once asserted: “cooperative learning if it is not the greatest educational reform in the contemporary era, then it is at least one of the largest ”. Cooperative learning is the most widely used classroom teaching organization in the world. At present, the reform of English teaching has made remarkable achievements. However, it is undeniable that there are still many disadvantages in English teaching. Traditional teaching still plays a leading role. As a breakthrough in the traditional class teaching system, Supplement, is currently widely used in high school English teaching. Organizing cooperative learning in English teaching can not only provide students with an environment of language practice, but also enhance students’ spirit of cooperation, sense of competition and sense of collective honor. Under the guidance of this kind of thinking, through the study of the domestic and foreign literature and data and the study of the new English curriculum standard, and the analysis of the status quo of English teaching in senior high schools, guided by the basic concepts of cooperative learning and modern instructional design theory, Law and case analysis, made a tentative discussion of high school English cooperation teaching. The author on how to organize high school English teaching cooperative study. I believe that cooperative learning can not only start in English classroom teaching, but also can be carried out in the classroom before and after, cooperative learning can run through the entire unit, or even the whole semester of teaching. Students can take part in lesson preparation, lesson preparation and class review. It not only enables students to master knowledge points better, but also enables students to help each other, experience the fun of cooperation and obtain a sense of accomplishment. Based on this idea, the author designs the operating mode of cooperative learning in high school English teaching based on the common high school English teaching. The case study analyzes the use of the cooperative learning mode of operation. Through this study, I hope to inspire English teachers, and to some extent improve the efficiency of English teaching and cooperative learning.
