心理学告诉我们,挫折是指人们在某种动机的推动下所要达到的目标受到阻碍,因无法克服而产生的紧张状态与情绪反应。在人们日常生活、学习、工作中,挫折无可避免。素质教育中不能没有挫折教育,因为个体只有在不断经历挫折、不断反省和改正错误的过程中,才能得到发展和完善,在社会高速发展的今天,对学生进行挫折教育,使他们懂得“不幸是一种最好的大学”和“艰难困苦是磨练人格的最高学校”的深刻内涵,对他们健康成长、获得成功、实现自我具有非常现实的意义。那么,挫折教育应该从哪些方面入手呢?
