新课程实施以来,“磨课”的热浪一浪高过一浪。磨课的重点是磨教学设计,关键是看教学行为的改善,落脚点是教学效果。这是一条自我提升的有效途径,是走向成熟的捷径;也是群策群力、团结合作、集中众人教学智慧,同时使参与“磨课”者共同进步的良好平台。本文就初中思想品德(人教版)八年级下册《竞争?合作?》的“磨课”实践谈谈一些粗浅的体会。
