在医院档案管理工作中,人事档案作为其中十分重要的一项内容,在医院发展过程中具有十分重要的作用。其不仅可以为医院的发展提供各类人才的基础信息,而且可以为劳动工资制度改革、专业技术职称评定和职工福利、提拔任务等提供重要的依据。所以在当前医院人事档案管理工作中,需要及时更新人事档案管理观念,加强对人事档案的重视,确保人事档案管理工作向科学化、规范化的方向发展。文中对当前医院人事档案管理存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步对加强医院人事档案管理的具体对策进行了阐述。
In the hospital archives management, personnel files as one of the most important content in the hospital development process has a very important role. It can not only provide the basic information of all kinds of talents for the development of hospitals, but also provide important basis for the reform of the labor wage system, the evaluation of the professional and technical titles, the welfare of the employees and the promotion of tasks. Therefore, in the current hospital personnel file management work, it is necessary to update the concept of personnel file management in a timely manner, strengthen the emphasis on personnel files, and ensure that personnel files are managed in a scientific and standardized way. The paper analyzes the existing problems of hospital personnel files management and further elaborates the specific measures to strengthen the management of hospital personnel files.
