本文观察了中药三根祛瘤方水煎液和水煎醇沉液对小鼠移植瘤Ｓ１８０的抗肿瘤作用和对该荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明，本方对Ｓ１８０小鼠的抑瘤率水煎液在３０．９％～４２．７％之间，平均为３５．９％，水煎醇沉液在２６．８％～３３．６％之间，平均为３０．９％；病理学结果显示，本方具抑制瘤细胞分裂繁殖和对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用，并促进瘤周免疫细胞的浸润。二种制剂均能明显提高荷瘤小鼠ＬＡＫ细胞活性和Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞转化的功能，与对照组相比，差异有显著性。
This study was to observe the anti-tumor effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Sangenyin Decoction decoction and water decoction and alcohol decoction on the transplanted tumor S180 in mice and the effect on immune function of the tumor-bearing mice. The results showed that the anti-tumor rate of the decoction in the S180 mice was between 30.9% and 42.7%, with an average of 35.9%, and the decoction of the decoction was between 26.8% and 33.6. An average of 30.9% was found between % and pathological results showed that this prescription has inhibitory effects on tumor cell division and cytotoxicity to tumor cells and promotes infiltration of tumor-immune immune cells. Both preparations can significantly increase the activity of LAK cells and the transformation of T and B lymphocytes in tumor-bearing mice, and there are significant differences compared with the control group.
