从巴班斯基的教学过程理论出发,以Y高校为例分析高职高专大学英语分级教学现状,发现高职高专院校英语分级教学中存在如下问题:分级有效性不足,挫伤基础较差学生的学习积极性,教师职业倦怠现象普遍,大班教学缺少良性互动等;同时还存在着各种矛盾冲突:教者最优化与课时过多之间的矛盾冲突,学生个体学习最优化与大班教学之间的矛盾冲突,教学内容最优化与教材统一化之间的矛盾冲突,教学方法最优化与教学管理之间的矛盾冲突。
Based on the teaching process theory of Ba Bouskey, this paper analyzes the status quo of college English gradation teaching in higher vocational colleges with the example of Y colleges and universities. It finds that there are some problems in English graduation teaching in higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient grading effectiveness, Poor students’ enthusiasm for learning, widespread teacher burnout, lack of positive interaction in teaching in large classes, etc. Meanwhile, there are also various kinds of contradictions and conflicts: the contradiction and conflict between the optimization of teachers and extra hours, the optimization of individual learning and the teaching of large classes The conflicts and conflicts between the optimization of teaching content and the unification of teaching materials, the conflict between teaching method optimization and teaching management.
