钪是一种典型的稀散元素,几乎总是以痕量状态与黑钨矿、钛铁矿和稀土矿伴生在一起,所以提取钪很困难,制备高纯钪更是困难.本文研究高纯氧化钪的制备.将纯度为99%的氧化铁中的杂质钛、铁、钙、镁、锰、铝分两部分离。先用壳聚糖膜的电渗析法除去钛和铁,再用溶剂萃取法除去余下的钙、镁、锰和铝.实验考察壳聚糖膜经四级电渗析除去TiO2+和Fe2+,对Sc3+的回收也进行认真的考察.研究结果表明.四级电渗析分离后,溶液中的Tid2+和Fe2+可全部除去,Sc3+的损失仅为0.01%.
Scandium is a typical rare-earth element that is almost always associated with wolframite, ilmenite and rare earth ores in a trace state. Therefore, it is difficult to extract scandium and it is even more difficult to prepare scandium in high purity. This paper studies the preparation of high purity scandium oxide. The purity of 99% iron oxide impurities titanium, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, aluminum divided into two parts. Titanium and iron are first removed by electrodialysis of the chitosan film and then the remaining calcium, magnesium, manganese and aluminum are removed by solvent extraction.
