连铸是实现我国钢铁工业现代化的重点项目之一。因此大力宣传和普及连铸技术知识是十分必要的。本刊决定自1992年第4期起开设“连铸设备技术专题讲座”,编辑部特邀请中国金属学会连续铸钢学会理事兼副秘书长、冶金工业出版社的葛志祺副编审担任讲座主编。“连铸设备技术专题讲座”拟分以下专题:连铸设备的概况与发展、钢包及钢包回转台、中间包及其相关设备、方坯结晶器装置、板坯结晶器装置、二次冷却装置及喷嘴、拉坯矫直机、铸坯切割装置、铸坯引锭装置、铸坯输出及收集装置、连铸设备的备件管理与修复、连铸设备的维修与诊断、连铸过程的检测仪表、连铸过程的计算机控制。 本讲座以普及与提高相结合为原则,密切联系国内连铸设备的实际情况,并借鉴国外先进设备和管理经验,目的是为提高钢铁企业连铸生产人员对连铸设备的了解和认识,同时也为提高连铸人员的知识水平和管理水平,进一步提高连铸设备的完好率、作业率,提高连铸机的操作水平做出贡献。

It closely links with the actual situation of domestic continuous casting equipment, and draws on foreign advanced equipment and management experience for the purpose of improving the understanding and understanding of continuous casting equipment for continuous casting production in iron and steel enterprises, meanwhile, It also contributes to improving the knowledge and management level of continuous casting personnel, further improving the intact rate and operating rate of continuous casting equipment and improving the operation level of continuous casting machine.
