由我们两厂于1981年共同研制的多功能钢筋骨架滚焊机,已由原来用于自应力水泥管和钢筋混凝土输排水管钢筋骨架的滚焊,扩大到用于钢筋混凝土深井管(井壁管、滤水管)骨架的滚焊。经江苏省机械化施工公司水泥制管厂四年多的使用,效果良好,满足了钢筋混凝土深井管的生产工艺要求,实现了一机多用和多功能的要求。该机可供生产直径300和500毫米两种规格的钢筋混凝土管.主筋可调8～24根(直径为6.5～8毫米);环向筋直径可调3～5毫米,环向筋螺距可调(分均匀和非均匀两种);钢筋骨架笼体长度为2～4米;电极轮可调槽使用(双轮四槽定位变换使用,改变螺距,可提高电极轮使用寿命)。
