生活在社会经济不断变化、企业不断变革背景下的员工,面临着太多的不确定性,自身的某些资源存在失去的危险,这就使员工产生了不安全感。员工不安全感可能影响到员工对组织的承诺,影响到员工的工作态度,影响到员工的行为意向,最终影响到员工的工作绩效与企业绩效。员工的安全感也会直接影响到员工对企业的忠诚度,进而影响到企业人力资源管理的成本甚至会直接影响到企业的生存与发展。本文重点从组织精简及裁员方面分析了组织变革对留任员工带来的心理不安的影响,并提出减轻员工不安感的对策。
Employees who live in the context of constantly changing social economy and continuous corporate transformation are faced with too many uncertainties and some of their own resources are in danger of being lost, which makes employees feel insecure. Employee insecurity may affect employees’ commitment to the organization, affecting employees’ work attitudes, affecting employees’ behavioral intentions, and ultimately affecting employees’ work performance and business performance. Employees’ sense of security will also directly affect employee loyalty to the company, which in turn will affect the cost of corporate human resources management and even directly affect the survival and development of the company. This paper analyzes the psychological impact of organizational change on retained employees from the perspective of organizational streamlining and layoffs, and proposes countermeasures to relieve employees’ unrest.
