实验室每年要用大量的蒸馏水,使用实验室配备的蒸馏器要耗费大量的电能,若购买,每年要开支很多经费。有锅炉的学校往往都有剩余蒸汽排出,我们自制了一个利用锅炉剩余蒸汽生产蒸馏水的蒸馏水器,生产出了符合实验要求的蒸馏水,既满足了实验室的需要,方便了教学,又利用了锅炉剩余蒸汽,为学校节约了大量资金。 1 材料与工具 铁制废罐头盒,厚0.35mm废旧镀锌铁皮,少量焊锡,塑料管,白铁工常用工具。 2 制作冷凝器和防水筒 (1)先用洗净的罐头盒铁皮制成直径为20mm的圆管数根,用焊锡焊好接口,两端与打好孔的圆形铁皮焊接固定。圆形铁皮上再焊上两个圆锥形端盖,端盖上分别焊接进汽口和出蒸馏水口(图1)。
Every year, the laboratory uses a large amount of distilled water, and the use of laboratory-equipped distillers consumes a lot of electricity. If purchased, it will cost a lot of money every year. Schools with boilers often have excess steam discharged. We have built a distilled water generator that uses distilled water from the boiler’s remaining steam to produce distilled water that meets the experimental requirements. It not only meets the needs of the laboratory, but also facilitates teaching and uses the boiler. The remaining steam saves a lot of money for the school. 1 Materials and tools Iron waste cans box, 0.35mm thick galvanized iron sheet, a small amount of solder, plastic tubes, white iron commonly used tools. 2 Make a condenser and a waterproof tube (1) Make a number of round tubes with a diameter of 20mm from the cleaned tin box first, solder the interface with the solder, and fix the ends with a round metal sheet with holes. Two conical end caps are welded on the round iron sheet, and the end caps are welded into the steam inlet and the distilled water outlet respectively (Figure 1).
