花生壳作为姬菇栽培主原料的可行性研究

为了解决近年白黄侧耳(姬菇)(Pleurotus cornucopiae)栽培主料稻草粉、棉籽壳、玉米芯等价格上涨,栽培成本不断增加,栽培经济效益不断下滑的问题,开展利用花生壳作为主要原料栽培姬菇的可行性研究。选用四川姬菇主产区常用栽培基质配方作为试验对照(CK);以对照配方为基础,调整棉籽壳、稻草和花生壳用量的比例,设计6个基质配方。结果表明,配方6(30%花生壳)的鲜菇产量最高(0.528 kg·袋-1),高出CK(0.464 kg·袋-1)13.79%;生物学效率最高(77.95%),高出CK(74.24%)3.71%;栽培鲜菇利润(0.21元/袋)和栽培盐渍菇利润(0.10元/袋)都最高,分别高出CK的0.16元/袋和0.23元/袋。生产中可采用花生壳作为栽培姬菇的主原料,其用量比例为30%最佳。 In order to solve the problem that the prices of rice straw, cotton seed hulls and corn cob, which are the main materials for cultivation of Pleurotus cornucopiae, have risen in recent years, the cost of cultivation has been continuously increased, and the economic benefits of cultivation have been continuously declining, cultivation of peanut shells as the main raw material has been carried out Shimeji feasibility study.
