在开展家园合作之前,我们首先需要了解家长,与家长进行直接的真诚沟通,以获得家长们的支持、理解、踊跃参与和积极配合,让家长成为教师的合作伙伴。针对个别交往困难的幼儿,我们采取了对话引领的策略,意在通过教师与家长面对面的对话交流,让家长与教师达成共识,配合实施有效策略,帮助幼儿在转变中获得同伴及自我肯定的情感满足,树立幼儿的交往信心,促其交往能力的发展,为幼儿与同伴友好相处打好基础。
