本文利用约瑟夫逊结(以下简称约结)电子模拟器模拟测量了约结谐波混频器的特性。文中给出了当本振信号(V_(LO))足够大时,在很大的直流偏置电流(T_b)范围内均有中频信号(V_(IP))输出,而最大的中频峰则出现在I_b=0附近;对于奇次谐波混频在I_b=0处,实验结果表明没有中频信号输出,这一结论与作者王华兵最近的YBa_2Cu_3O_7约结谐波混频器的实验结果不一致。本文还给出了各次谐波混频的中频信号(V_(IV))与本振信号(V_(LO))的关系曲线以及约结热噪声对混频特性的影响。
In this paper, Josephson junction (hereinafter referred to as the junction) electronic simulator to simulate the measurement of the harmonic oscillator mixer characteristics. The paper shows that when the local oscillator signal (V LO) is large enough, the intermediate frequency signal (V_ (IP)) is output in the range of large DC bias current (T_b) while the maximum IF peak appears The experimental results show that there is no IF signal output for the odd harmonics mixing at I_b = 0. This conclusion is inconsistent with the experimental results of the recent YBa_2Cu_3O_7 harmonic harmonic mixer by author Wang Huabing. This paper also gives the relationship between the intermediate frequency signal (V_ (IV)) and local oscillator signal (V_ (LO)) of each harmonic mixing and the influence of junction thermal noise on the mixing characteristics.
