目的 :探讨珍珠梅提取物抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用。方法 1 60只小鼠随机分成 4组 :对照组 ,珍珠梅大、中、小剂量组 ,珍珠梅提取物以灌胃的方式给药 ,对照组以等体积生理盐水灌胃。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀的方法 ,测定耳片的重量 ;用冰醋酸致小鼠的扭体次数 ,测定小鼠的扭体反应次数 ;采用常压耐氧法记录小鼠耐缺氧时间 ;采用比色分析法测定游泳 45 min后小鼠肝糖原及血清乳酸含量。结果珍珠梅提取物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀有抑制作用 ,能减少冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数 ,延长缺氧情况下的存活时间 ,小鼠游泳45 min后肝糖原的含量明显增加、乳酸含量明显减少 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异。结论珍珠梅提取物具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用。
Objective: To explore the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue effects of Sorbaria sorbifolia extract. Methods A total of 60 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, large, medium, and small doses of Sorbaria sorbifolia. The extract of Sorbaria sorbifolia was administered by intragastric administration. The control group was given intragastrically by an equal volume of normal saline. Xylene-induced mouse ear shell swelling method to determine the weight of the ear; using acetic acid-induced writhing times in mice to determine the number of writhing responses in mice; using atmospheric oxygen tolerance method to record mice hypoxic tolerance Time; colorimetric analysis was used to determine liver glycogen and serum lactate levels in mice after 45 min swimming. RESULTS: Sorbaria sorbifolia extract inhibited swelling of the ear shell of mice induced by xylene, and the number of writhing of mice induced by glacial acetic acid was reduced, and the survival time under hypoxia was prolonged. Hepatic glycogen was expressed 45 minutes after swimming in mice. The content of lactic acid increased significantly, and the lactic acid content decreased significantly. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference. Conclusion Sorbaria sorbifolia extract has certain anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue effects.
