静35块是沈阳油田储量较大的高凝油砂岩区块,注水开发。初期注水井一般吸水能力较强,但压力上升很快,多数井在30~50天时间内压力普遍上升到15 MPa。由于注水后注水压力上升,注水困难,而油井见不到注水效果。分析研究认为:高凝油注水开采过程中地层压力降低,温度下降,析蜡导致了油层近井地带堵塞,从而降低了地层的渗流能力。尤其是沈84-安12块由于调驱过程中油井近井地带受污染较重,表皮系数较大,因此实施蒸汽吞吐,即注入高温高压蒸汽不仅可以提高地层温度,解除近井地带油层的蜡堵,而且可以增加地层压力,从而提高油井的生产能力,认为蒸汽吞吐是对高凝油较为适用、成熟且有效的开采方式。
