接触式球径仪是一种光学、机械式计量仪器。它借助于测量球面的矢高来间接测出其曲率半径,主要用于光学样板、透镜和球面反光镜等曲率半径的精密测量。球径仪通常带有8、9只测量环,测量环半径大小不等,供测量时选择。由于测环半径的误差直接影响到仪器的综合误差,因此无论新制的、使用中或修理后的球径仪,都必不可少地需对测环半径进行准确测定。本文从保证仪器准确度的目的出发,详细叙述了用干涉法测定钢球形测环的具体方法,分析了干涉法的误差,并用实测结果进行了验证。
Contact ball diameter meter is an optical, mechanical measuring instruments. It measures the radius of curvature indirectly by means of measuring the sagittal height of the spherical surface. It is mainly used for the precise measurement of the curvature radii such as optical templates, lenses and spherical mirrors. Ball diameter usually with 8,9 measuring ring, measuring ring radius ranging from the size of the choice for measurement. As the error of the measuring ring radius directly affects the integrated error of the instrument, it is indispensable to determine the radius of the measuring ring no matter whether it is new, used or repaired. Based on the purpose of ensuring the accuracy of the instrument, this paper describes in detail the specific method of measuring the measuring ring of steel ball by the interference method, analyzes the error of the interferometry and verifies it with the measured results.
