Wu Youyuan is the “boss” of a state-owned enterprise. The reason for our great attention to him is not because of his outstanding performance in business management. Although we have interviewed him through the Wuhan Longan Group he led Is a well-managed, full of vitality of state-owned enterprises. It is only because of Wu You-yuan that what we hear is what we often hear from state-owned enterprise executives and are unwilling to make public statements. In a certain sense, the mentality of SOE managers determines the state of SOE development and the fate of state-owned enterprise CEOs, which determine the fate of state-owned enterprises. We hope that through Wu You-yuan's remarks on the issue of state-owned enterprise operators, we urge all those concerned about state-owned enterprises to examine the special group of state-owned enterprises CEOs from a new perspective and further our thinking on the fate of state-owned enterprises.
