二进制数制在电子数字计算以及各种A/D、D/A转换技术领域中被广泛应用.BCD数制(即二-十进制)是沟通二进制和十进制的惯用桥梁.把二进制数转换成BCD后,就能方便地采用通用BCD译码驱动器件将结果以十进制形式显示在终端设备上.本文介绍一种采用两种通用数字集成电路(四位二进制全加器和四位数字比较器)组成的转换电路.它可以由形式完全一样的基本单元级连组成所需要的任意位转换电路,结构简单划一,便于集成.文末对这种转换电路的集成商品化,提出了一种可供CMOS电路制造厂选择的方案.
