随着我国铁路事业的飞速发展,铁路线路上铺设的钢筋混凝土轨枕已占有相当大的数量。据有关部门统计,全路铺设的钢筋混凝土轨枕、轨枕板、整体道床的线路长度已占全路线路总延展长度的70%左右。钢筋混凝土轨枕硫磺锚固螺栓因锈蚀、弯曲、折断以及由钣式扣件换成弹条扣件时,因螺栓长度不够而必须更换螺栓。因此,寻找一种高效、经济、方便可行的拔出工艺,研制出相应的拔出机具是实现养路机械化的一项重要工作。
