1997~ 1999年 ,对 3年生红花木莲苗上发生的南方根结线虫病和 2年生牡丹上发生的腐烂茎线虫病进行了检疫处理试验。结果表明 :使用克线磷和NaClO混配剂 ,经 5 0℃、 2 5min处理红花木莲感病苗根部 ,可以有效杀死病苗中的南方根结线虫 ;使用苯菌灵、多菌灵和米乐尔混配剂 ,经 6 0℃、 15min或 5 5℃、 2 5min处理牡丹感病苗根部 ,可以有效地杀死腐烂茎线虫。两种处理对供试苗的存活率均无明显不良影响 ,处理过的苗木均达到我国出口检验检疫标准 ,并能符合所有进口国植物检疫法规的要求
From 1997 to 1999, quarantine treatment was conducted on the southern root knot nematode disease on 3-year-old Manglietia japonica and the desmodium stem rot disease on 2-year-old peony. The results showed that root and root of Sickleitium fortunei could be effectively killed by the mixture of cetyl phosphate and NaClO at 50 ℃ and 25 min, which could effectively kill Meloidogyne incognita in the vaccine. Ling and Mi Leer mixed agent, after 6 0 ℃, 15min or 55 ℃, 25min treatment of the roots of peony infected seedlings, can effectively kill D. destructor. The two treatments had no obvious adverse effects on the survival rate of the test seedlings, the treated seedlings reached the export inspection and quarantine standards of our country and were in compliance with the requirements of the phytosanitary regulations of all the importing countries
